The Clockwork Crest Heron

Description

Clockwork crest heron art: A heron wearing a crest of tiny gears and spiral shells stands on a ribbed wave, water lilies at its feet.

Clockwork crest heron art from Avian Relics

The Clockwork Crest Heron is part of Avian Relics, a Decorative Studios collection of birds fused with nautilus shells, spirals, gears and pearls, standing in still reflective water in a palette of teal, jade and coral. Feathers turn into spiral shells and brass clockwork, and every bird is doubled in the mirror of the water below it.

About The Clockwork Crest Heron

A heron wearing a crest of tiny gears and spiral shells stands on a ribbed wave, water lilies at its feet. The spiral shell forms and the glassy teal water are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a landscape frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.
