These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of decorativestudios.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

About us
Decorative Studios is operated as Decorative Studios (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in Oklahoma, United States. We design and sell apparel, home goods, and related items through print-on-demand fulfillment partners. References to “you” and “your” mean the person using the Site or purchasing from us.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase or create an account. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account registration
You may browse the Site without an account, but placing an order requires you to provide accurate contact and shipping information. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Products and pricing
We list product descriptions, materials, images, and prices to be as accurate as possible. Colors may appear differently on different screens. Pricing is in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system or human error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, with a full refund to the original payment method.

Made-on-demand production
Most products on the Site are produced after you order them, by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. This means:
Production takes 2–5 business days on average before shipping
Each item is made specifically for your order
We do not maintain warehouse inventory of finished goods
Items made to order are generally not returnable except in cases of defect, damage, or our error (see our Refund Policy)
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the made-on-demand model.

Limited drops
Some products are released as limited drops — small runs offered for a defined time window or quantity. Once a drop closes (by time, by quantity, or by sell-through), the product is no longer available. We do not guarantee restocks.

Orders and payment
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Reasons we may decline include but are not limited to:
Suspected fraud
Inability to verify payment
Inventory or production limits
Shipping restrictions
Errors in pricing or product information
Payment is processed through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and Stripe) to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method.

Shipping
Shipping information, including processing and delivery times, is described in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because items are made to order, returns are limited to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, except as otherwise specified.

Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, designs, graphics, logos, photographs, and the artwork on our products — is the property of Decorative Studios or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You may share images of products you have purchased on social media or in personal correspondence with attribution where appropriate.

User content and conduct
If you submit content to us (reviews, contact form messages, photos, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating the Site. You represent that any content you submit is your own or that you have permission to share it.
You agree not to use the Site to:
Engage in fraud or misrepresentation
Violate any law or regulation
Infringe on others’ intellectual property
Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site
Harass, abuse, or threaten others
Scrape or harvest data without permission
We may suspend or terminate your account or refuse service for violations.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of product information beyond reasonable efforts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decorative Studios and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Decorative Studios, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
