The Heron of the Pearl Tree

Description

Pearl tree heron art: A heron with long green wings stands beside a tree of pearls and pale flowers, a curling shell at its side.

Pearl tree heron art from Avian Relics

The Heron of the Pearl Tree is part of Avian Relics, a Decorative Studios collection of birds fused with nautilus shells, spirals, gears and pearls, standing in still reflective water in a palette of teal, jade and coral. Feathers turn into spiral shells and brass clockwork, and every bird is doubled in the mirror of the water below it.

About The Heron of the Pearl Tree

A heron with long green wings stands beside a tree of pearls and pale flowers, a curling shell at its side. The spiral shell forms and the glassy teal water are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a landscape frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.

Where The Heron of the Pearl Tree Works

It suits a bedroom or reading nook, where its detail rewards a slow look from across the room and again up close.
