The Seated Commander

Description

Seated commander art: A bald man in a black suit sits on a throne of folded brass and orange spheres, tall plates behind him.

Seated commander art from Brass Reliquary

The Seated Commander is part of Brass Reliquary, a Decorative Studios collection of surreal brass-and-copper creatures, cyborg portraits and clockwork sculptures in a warm golden palette. Gears, goggles, gas masks, glass domes and tiny cities grow out of faces and bodies, so every piece feels like a strange relic from an invented world.

About The Seated Commander

A bald man in a black suit sits on a throne of folded brass and orange spheres, tall plates behind him. The brass and copper surfaces, the surreal mechanical details and the golden light are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a portrait frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.

Where The Seated Commander Works

Hang it in a living room where the colors can pick up the lamps and furniture around it, or group it with other pieces from the same collection for a gallery wall.
