The Seated Man in the Shell

Description

Seated man in the shell art: A grey-blue man sits in a cutaway golden shell in a cavern of spheres and curved panels.

Seated man in the shell art from Brass Reliquary

The Seated Man in the Shell is part of Brass Reliquary, a Decorative Studios collection of surreal brass-and-copper creatures, cyborg portraits and clockwork sculptures in a warm golden palette. Gears, goggles, gas masks, glass domes and tiny cities grow out of faces and bodies, so every piece feels like a strange relic from an invented world.

About The Seated Man in the Shell

A grey-blue man sits in a cutaway golden shell in a cavern of spheres and curved panels. The brass and copper surfaces, the surreal mechanical details and the golden light are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a portrait frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.
