The Painted Mask Elder

Description

Painted mask elder portrait art: A mask-faced elder with a crest of black threads, resting beside a mountain lake.

Painted mask elder portrait art from Gilded Tempest

The Painted Mask Elder is part of Gilded Tempest, a Decorative Studios collection of fashion-style fantasy figures in patterned shawls and gowns of streaming gold threads, standing by dark stormy lakes. Woven copper and teal patterns, crowns of fine golden spikes and long skirts of light lines are reflected in still water under moody skies.

About The Painted Mask Elder

A mask-faced elder with a crest of black threads, resting beside a mountain lake. The woven shawls, the streaming gold threads and the stormy lake light are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a portrait frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.
