Made on demand. Shipped from the studio.


No warehouses, no overproduction
Every piece sold by Decorative Studios is made when you order it. We work with Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment partner with facilities across the US. When you place an order, production begins — nothing ships from a warehouse of pre-made inventory.
This means slightly longer wait times than a traditional retailer. It also means no overproduction, no unsold stock, no waste.


When your order is made
After you place your order, fulfillment takes 2–5 business days on average. Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days, and more than 50% ship within 3 business days or fewer.
Some pieces — especially embroidered items or all-over-print designs — may take longer. We’ll note this on the product page when it applies.
United States, for now
We ship within the United States at launch. International shipping is planned but not yet available. If you’re outside the US and want to know when we’ll reach your country, contact us and we’ll let you know.


Two ways to get there
Standard shipping
Delivery in 3–4 business days after fulfillment. Total estimated time from order to your door: 5–9 business days. Available on all orders.
Express shipping
Delivery in 1–3 business days after fulfillment. Total estimated time from order to your door: 3–8 business days. Higher cost, calculated at checkou
Both estimates assume business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). They are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and missed delivery attempts can extend transit times beyond our control.


Knowing where things stand
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account to see live order status.
When things don’t go to plan
We don’t always control the carrier, but we’ll always work to make it right.


Marked delivered but didn’t arrive — wait 48 hours. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before final delivery. If it still hasn’t shown up, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.


Damaged on arrival — photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days. We’ll replace the piece at no cost to you.


Wrong item received — contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll send the correct piece and arrange the return.


Why your order might arrive in pieces
If your order contains items fulfilled from different facilities, they may arrive in separate packages on different dates. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. There’s no additional charge for split shipments.


Catching mistakes early

We can update your shipping address only before the order enters production. Once we send it to fulfillment, the address is locked in.
If you spot a typo, contact us immediately — speed matters. We can’t intercept once Printful has the order.
