Return & Refund Policy

Returns availability varies from product to product. The return availability of a product can be found on the product page, as well as on your order confirmation for that product. If a product is ineligible for a return, that information will be noted on the page, below the product image and description.

Returned products need to be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are unused, have not been installed, and are in original factory condition and packaging. Original shipping costs will not be returned.

Domestic Returns

Returns for refunds, $14.99 will be deducted to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card account used to make the original purchase.

To return an item from your Decorative Studios order, you will need your order number and email address to complete the request. Once you have completed the return request and we’ve received it and instructions. 

We charge a $14.99 flat rate return label fee for the use of our return shipping labels.  

Items eligible for a return must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original packaging, not previously installed, and must be in factory condition. An item’s return eligibility will be listed on the product page under “Shipping & Returns” as well as on the order confirmation email.


We do not offer traditional exchanges. Products within our return policy can be returned, and a new order can be placed for the desired item.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item – Please email a photo of the damage or defect with your order number to our customer support team.

Damaged items and shipping claims need to be filed within 30 days of the order being delivered. If the shipment is older than 30 days, a claim cannot be filed for a damaged item.

Returns Processing Times

It takes our warehouse 1-2 weeks to receive and process your return. You will receive a notification as soon as your refund has been issued.
