The Plume Spiral Heron

Description

Plume spiral heron art: A heron with a long pink-tipped bill turns toward a plume of feathers that curls into a bright shell spiral.

Plume spiral heron art from Avian Relics

The Plume Spiral Heron is part of Avian Relics, a Decorative Studios collection of birds fused with nautilus shells, spirals, gears and pearls, standing in still reflective water in a palette of teal, jade and coral. Feathers turn into spiral shells and brass clockwork, and every bird is doubled in the mirror of the water below it.

About The Plume Spiral Heron

A heron with a long pink-tipped bill turns toward a plume of feathers that curls into a bright shell spiral. The spiral shell forms and the glassy teal water are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a landscape frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.
