The Peacock Heron

Description

Peacock heron art: A heron with eyed peacock feathers and a spotted neck stands among feathers, a spray of dark crest feathers above.

Peacock heron art from Avian Relics

The Peacock Heron is part of Avian Relics, a Decorative Studios collection of birds fused with nautilus shells, spirals, gears and pearls, standing in still reflective water in a palette of teal, jade and coral. Feathers turn into spiral shells and brass clockwork, and every bird is doubled in the mirror of the water below it.

About The Peacock Heron

A heron with eyed peacock feathers and a spotted neck stands among feathers, a spray of dark crest feathers above. The spiral shell forms and the glassy teal water are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a landscape frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.

Where The Peacock Heron Works

Hang it in a living room where the colors can pick up the lamps and furniture around it, or group it with other pieces from the same collection for a gallery wall.
