The Wing Sweep

Description

The wing sweep dancer art: Pointed wings sweep high and wide above a figure with open arms in a dark green sequined gown.

The wing sweep dancer art from The Architecture of Motion

The Wing Sweep is part of The Architecture of Motion, a Decorative Studios collection of liquid-metal dancers caught mid-turn in flowing gowns, lit by amber and teal light over a mirrored floor. Chrome skin, translucent fabric and rays of light on a reflective floor make each figure look frozen in the middle of a spin.

About The Wing Sweep

Pointed wings sweep high and wide above a figure with open arms in a dark green sequined gown. The sweeping fabric and the glow along the floor give the piece movement even though it is perfectly still. Every detail is rendered in a portrait frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.

Where The Wing Sweep Works

Hang it in a living room where the colors can pick up the lamps and furniture around it, or group it with other pieces from the same collection for a gallery wall.
