The Black Heron at the Pond

Description

Black heron pond art: A heron with a cream chest and a dark wing at a still pond, with water lilies and a round filigree window.

Black heron pond art from Wings of the Amber Canopy

The Black Heron at the Pond is part of Wings of the Amber Canopy, a Decorative Studios collection of birds made from stained glass and mosaic tiles, each one posed in profile against a soft blur of warm blossoms. Jewel-toned tiles, glowing amber light and patterned feathers give every bird the look of a window caught in sunlight.

About The Black Heron at the Pond

A heron with a cream chest and a dark wing at a still pond, with water lilies and a round filigree window. The mosaic tile texture and the warm amber glow are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a portrait frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.
