The Carnival Crab

Description

Carnival crab art: A crab-like machine carries a domed pavilion and a giant ferris wheel on its back, smoke curling from its chimneys.

Carnival crab art from Brass Reliquary

The Carnival Crab is part of Brass Reliquary, a Decorative Studios collection of surreal brass-and-copper creatures, cyborg portraits and clockwork sculptures in a warm golden palette. Gears, goggles, gas masks, glass domes and tiny cities grow out of faces and bodies, so every piece feels like a strange relic from an invented world.

About The Carnival Crab

A crab-like machine carries a domed pavilion and a giant ferris wheel on its back, smoke curling from its chimneys. The brass and copper surfaces, the surreal mechanical details and the golden light are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a portrait frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.
