The Coiled Hose Astronaut

Description

Coiled hose astronaut portrait art: A person in a coiled-hose helmet resting a cheek on one hand.

Coiled hose astronaut portrait art from Mechanical Dreams

The Coiled Hose Astronaut is part of Mechanical Dreams, a Decorative Studios collection of surreal bronze, copper and brass portraits where faces, machines, motorcycles, skulls and tiny cities merge. Gears, visors, shells and ribbed armor grow out of faces and figures in a warm, sculptural palette.

About The Coiled Hose Astronaut

A person in a coiled-hose helmet resting a cheek on one hand. The polished brass detail and the fusion of face and machine are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a portrait frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.

Where The Coiled Hose Astronaut Works

It suits a bedroom or reading nook, where its detail rewards a slow look from across the room and again up close.
