The Glass Shell Hat

Description

Glass shell hat art: A pale face peeks out from a huge amber glass shell hat with a coiled spring tail, resting on a copper base.

Glass shell hat art from Brass Reliquary

The Glass Shell Hat is part of Brass Reliquary, a Decorative Studios collection of surreal brass-and-copper creatures, cyborg portraits and clockwork sculptures in a warm golden palette. Gears, goggles, gas masks, glass domes and tiny cities grow out of faces and bodies, so every piece feels like a strange relic from an invented world.

About The Glass Shell Hat

A pale face peeks out from a huge amber glass shell hat with a coiled spring tail, resting on a copper base. The brass and copper surfaces, the surreal mechanical details and the golden light are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a portrait frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.
