Green-Backed Heron

Description

Green backed heron art: A close view of a heron with a long orange bill and a striped neck, its wing set in leaf-green and amber mosaic against softly blurred leaves.

Green backed heron art from Wings of the Amber Canopy

Green-Backed Heron is part of Wings of the Amber Canopy, a Decorative Studios collection of birds made from stained glass and mosaic tiles, each one posed in profile against a soft blur of warm blossoms. Jewel-toned tiles, glowing amber light and patterned feathers give every bird the look of a window caught in sunlight.

About Green-Backed Heron

A close view of a heron with a long orange bill and a striped neck, its wing set in leaf-green and amber mosaic against softly blurred leaves. The mosaic tile texture and the warm amber glow are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a portrait frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.

Where Green-Backed Heron Works

It suits a bedroom or reading nook, where its detail rewards a slow look from across the room and again up close.
