The Macaw and the Nautilus

Description

Nautilus macaw art: A macaw with a coral red breast looks left, a ribbon of teal feathers pouring down and a green spiral at the top.

Nautilus macaw art from Avian Relics

The Macaw and the Nautilus is part of Avian Relics, a Decorative Studios collection of birds fused with nautilus shells, spirals, gears and pearls, standing in still reflective water in a palette of teal, jade and coral. Feathers turn into spiral shells and brass clockwork, and every bird is doubled in the mirror of the water below it.

About The Macaw and the Nautilus

A macaw with a coral red breast looks left, a ribbon of teal feathers pouring down and a green spiral at the top. The spiral shell forms and the glassy teal water are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a landscape frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.
