Silver Pleated Fan

Description

Silver pleated fan dancer art: A fan of silver pleated skirt flares around a dancer with open arms, gold flecks scattered through it.

Silver pleated fan dancer art from The Architecture of Motion

Silver Pleated Fan is part of The Architecture of Motion, a Decorative Studios collection of liquid-metal dancers caught mid-turn in flowing gowns, lit by amber and teal light over a mirrored floor. Chrome skin, translucent fabric and rays of light on a reflective floor make each figure look frozen in the middle of a spin.

About Silver Pleated Fan

A fan of silver pleated skirt flares around a dancer with open arms, gold flecks scattered through it. The sweeping fabric and the glow along the floor give the piece movement even though it is perfectly still. Every detail is rendered in a portrait frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.

Where Silver Pleated Fan Works

Hang it in a living room where the colors can pick up the lamps and furniture around it, or group it with other pieces from the same collection for a gallery wall.
