The Toucan of the Spiral Wave

Description

Spiral wave toucan art: A toucan with a cream breast sits at the center of a huge pale spiral wave, a fan of feathers behind it.

Spiral wave toucan art from Avian Relics

The Toucan of the Spiral Wave is part of Avian Relics, a Decorative Studios collection of birds fused with nautilus shells, spirals, gears and pearls, standing in still reflective water in a palette of teal, jade and coral. Feathers turn into spiral shells and brass clockwork, and every bird is doubled in the mirror of the water below it.

About The Toucan of the Spiral Wave

A toucan with a cream breast sits at the center of a huge pale spiral wave, a fan of feathers behind it. The spiral shell forms and the glassy teal water are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a landscape frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.
