The Spotted-Wing Heron

Description

Spotted wing heron art: A heron with a dark crest and a long orange and black bill, its wing in green with dots of gold and an orange panel.

Spotted wing heron art from Wings of the Amber Canopy

The Spotted-Wing Heron is part of Wings of the Amber Canopy, a Decorative Studios collection of birds made from stained glass and mosaic tiles, each one posed in profile against a soft blur of warm blossoms. Jewel-toned tiles, glowing amber light and patterned feathers give every bird the look of a window caught in sunlight.

About The Spotted-Wing Heron

A heron with a dark crest and a long orange and black bill, its wing in green with dots of gold and an orange panel. The mosaic tile texture and the warm amber glow are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a portrait frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.
