The Striped Mask Sitter

Description

Striped mask sitter portrait art: A crouched figure with a striped, mask-like face and a spray of gold needles.

Striped mask sitter portrait art from Luminous Exiles

The Striped Mask Sitter is part of Luminous Exiles, a Decorative Studios collection of fantasy figures in hoods, headdresses and sweeping gowns of streaming gold, teal and copper threads, standing by moody lakes and shores. Fine lines of light fall from every garment into the water, against stormy skies and soft blurred landscapes.

About The Striped Mask Sitter

A crouched figure with a striped, mask-like face and a spray of gold needles. The streaming threads of gold and teal and the stormy lakeside settings are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a portrait frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.

Where The Striped Mask Sitter Works

It suits a bedroom or reading nook, where its detail rewards a slow look from across the room and again up close.
