Ballet in the Sparks

Description

Ballet in the sparks dancer art: A dancer leaning back with one arm up, a broad white skirt sweeping left and fine silver sparks falling all around.

Ballet in the sparks dancer art from The Architecture of Motion

Ballet in the Sparks is part of The Architecture of Motion, a Decorative Studios collection of liquid-metal dancers caught mid-turn in flowing gowns, lit by amber and teal light over a mirrored floor. Chrome skin, translucent fabric and rays of light on a reflective floor make each figure look frozen in the middle of a spin.

About Ballet in the Sparks

A dancer leaning back with one arm up, a broad white skirt sweeping left and fine silver sparks falling all around. The sweeping fabric and the glow along the floor give the piece movement even though it is perfectly still. Every detail is rendered in a portrait frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.
