Heron in the Bamboo Light

Description

Bamboo light heron art: A heron with a black cap and a long orange-tipped bill, an orange neck and a green and olive scaled wing.

Bamboo light heron art from Wings of the Amber Canopy

Heron in the Bamboo Light is part of Wings of the Amber Canopy, a Decorative Studios collection of birds made from stained glass and mosaic tiles, each one posed in profile against a soft blur of warm blossoms. Jewel-toned tiles, glowing amber light and patterned feathers give every bird the look of a window caught in sunlight.

About Heron in the Bamboo Light

A heron with a black cap and a long orange-tipped bill, an orange neck and a green and olive scaled wing. The mosaic tile texture and the warm amber glow are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a portrait frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.

Where Heron in the Bamboo Light Works

It suits a bedroom or reading nook, where its detail rewards a slow look from across the room and again up close.
