The Cathedral in the Helmet

Description

Cathedral in the helmet portrait art: A figure in a bronze helmet that holds a cathedral interior and ruins.

Cathedral in the helmet portrait art from Mechanical Dreams

The Cathedral in the Helmet is part of Mechanical Dreams, a Decorative Studios collection of surreal bronze, copper and brass portraits where faces, machines, motorcycles, skulls and tiny cities merge. Gears, visors, shells and ribbed armor grow out of faces and figures in a warm, sculptural palette.

About The Cathedral in the Helmet

A figure in a bronze helmet that holds a cathedral interior and ruins. The polished brass detail and the fusion of face and machine are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a portrait frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.
