The Quetzal and the Snail Shell

Description

Snail shell quetzal art: A bright green bird with a red breast stands beside a great swirled shell, small round bubbles at its side.

Snail shell quetzal art from Avian Relics

The Quetzal and the Snail Shell is part of Avian Relics, a Decorative Studios collection of birds fused with nautilus shells, spirals, gears and pearls, standing in still reflective water in a palette of teal, jade and coral. Feathers turn into spiral shells and brass clockwork, and every bird is doubled in the mirror of the water below it.

About The Quetzal and the Snail Shell

A bright green bird with a red breast stands beside a great swirled shell, small round bubbles at its side. The spiral shell forms and the glassy teal water are the signature of this collection. Every detail is rendered in a landscape frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.

Where The Quetzal and the Snail Shell Works
