Spray of Sparks

Description

Spray of sparks dancer art: A burst of droplets and sparks surrounds her head as she extends one arm over a pale petal skirt.

Spray of sparks dancer art from The Architecture of Motion

Spray of Sparks is part of The Architecture of Motion, a Decorative Studios collection of liquid-metal dancers caught mid-turn in flowing gowns, lit by amber and teal light over a mirrored floor. Chrome skin, translucent fabric and rays of light on a reflective floor make each figure look frozen in the middle of a spin.

About Spray of Sparks

A burst of droplets and sparks surrounds her head as she extends one arm over a pale petal skirt. The sweeping fabric and the glow along the floor give the piece movement even though it is perfectly still. Every detail is rendered in a portrait frame, so the whole composition reads clearly whether you print it large or view it on a screen.
